In any organization or institute the employees can perform two main roles in a certain

scenario; they can perform the specific duties for which they are assigned or they can also

perform as potential problem solver for specific problem but to maintain peace or progressive

environment both for employees and employers the understanding of leader’s psychology plays a

vital role. Understanding of leaders priorities pave the ways to achieve targeted goals, easily.

Cooperation and effective negotiation with the leaders, about all relevant information like

hurdles, enhances the cooperative environment and trust.

       Employee’s own success depends, if they remained focused to their goals and have firm

intention to achieve a successful and sustained career, with strong interpersonal skills. Those
